Digital Content License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon successful purchase of any digital product offered by D-Roc Gaming ("Licensor"), you ("Licensee") are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use the digital content for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

2. Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances, copy, reproduce, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise commercialize the digital content, in whole or in part. The digital content is licensed — not sold — and you acquire no ownership or intellectual-property rights in it.

3. Prohibition on Resale & Redistribution

Resale of the digital content, or of any derivative, modified, or repackaged version of it — including listings on third-party marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or "resale" bundles — whether for profit or otherwise, is strictly prohibited. Transferring access to another individual voids your license.

4. Instant Delivery & Digital Nature

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately (or shortly) after successful payment. Because the content is accessible and downloadable, all digital sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Songs & Audio Purchased on SongFluxx

Songs and audio listed in our store but purchased on SongFluxx are licensed under SongFluxx's terms. The scope of your audio license, and any refunds, are governed by SongFluxx's terms; please consult SongFluxx's Terms of Service. D-Roc Gaming does not grant or administer the license for SongFluxx purchases.

6. Acceptance

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and, for SongFluxx purchases, SongFluxx's terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license, revocation of future access, and may subject you to legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
