1. Digital Products (sold directly by D-Roc Gaming)

Digital products are delivered instantly and are accessible immediately after purchase. All digital sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. If you experience an access or delivery issue, contact us and we will make it right.

2. Physical Merchandise (fulfilled by Fourthwall)

Physical merchandise is made to order. Per Fourthwall's policy, physical items are not eligible for a return or refund due to ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. D-Roc Gaming does not issue refunds for physical merchandise beyond what Fourthwall's return policy provides.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (due to a Fourthwall production or fulfillment error) may be eligible for a replacement or refund under Fourthwall's policy. Report the issue within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will coordinate with Fourthwall. Customer reports issue with photos via contact page; if approved, a replacement is shipped at no cost.

3. Songs & Audio (purchased on SongFluxx)

Songs and audio listed in our store are purchased and paid for on SongFluxx's platform. Refunds, cancellations, and access for these purchases are governed by SongFluxx's terms and policy: The provided source page contains a site index but does not explicitly detail the refund or cancellation policy for purchases. D-Roc Gaming does not process payments for, and does not issue refunds for, SongFluxx purchases — please contact SongFluxx for any audio refund request.

4. Custom Requests

Custom product and song requests are quoted individually. Deposits or payments for custom work cover committed design and production time and are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If your request is declined before work starts, any payment collected is refunded in full.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel a digital or custom order before fulfillment begins. Physical merchandise orders follow Fourthwall's cancellation terms.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds for products sold directly by D-Roc Gaming are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days to appear. Refunds for Fourthwall and SongFluxx purchases are issued and timed by the respective partner.
